FFPC

The Foundation for Vocational and Continuous Training (FFPC) supports SIG in its mission to maintain and develop the skills of its employees. As the product of a public-private partnership, it promotes training in sectors experiencing a shortage of qualified staff in order to promote employability in Geneva.

BILAN award for the best employer in French-speaking Switzerland in 2019

This award, annually granted by the Bilan magazine, distinguishes Swiss companies that innovate in areas such as time and space planning at work, training, as well as the promotion of equality, health and remuneration. SIG has been awarded this prestigious prize for the 5th consecutive year in the public and semi-public entities category and is ranked 2nd in all combined categories.

SIG is a signatory of the charter for equal remuneration for men and women in organisations linked to the public sector.

This charter promotes the flexible organisation of work without location constraints. SIG is therefore committed to creating motivational working conditions, better coverage of the labour market and a more discerning use of resources and infrastructure.

1+ pour tous

The "1+ pour tous" label is a distinction awarded to private or public economic stakeholders who (with equal skills) engage or actively participate in the recruitment of unemployed persons residing in the canton of Geneva. Its purpose is to encourage the return to the labour market of persons subject to discrimination on grounds of age, disability, voluntary interruption of their professional career or following an excessive period of unemployment.
