Recruitment process

Are you interested in any of our job offers?
You will find below the steps of our standard recruitment process, which generally takes 10 weeks from the date of publication of an advertisement.

  • Week 1

    Week 1 : Publication of the offer on our dedicated platform.

  • Week 2-3

    Weeks 2 and 3 : Receipt of applications: we give preference to applications for a vacant position, however, we also welcome unsolicited applications.

  • Weeks 4 and 5

    Weeks 4 and 5 : Analysis of applications: all applications received are analysed and processed by our HR teams and/or line managers.

  • Week 6

    Week 6 : HR and line manager interview: the selected candidates are invited for an initial interview in our offices located at Le Lignon, Chemin Château-Bloch 2.

  • Week 7

    Week 7 : Psychometric test: the candidates are invited to perform this test for the purpose of assessing their soft skills.

  • Week 8

    Week 8 : Second interview and/or collective assessment: depending on the nature of the vacancy, the remaining candidates shall participate in a second interview and/or a day of observation with applicants for other positions.

  • Weeks 9 and 10

    Weeks 9 and 10 : Engagement: Finally, engagement is offered to the person who will meet our ambition to align the candidate profile with the offered position.
