You will find below the steps of our standard recruitment process, which generally takes 10 weeks from the date of publication of an advertisement.
Our HR teams collaborate with our hiring managers to analyse and process your application. If your application is selected, we’ll contact you for an initial interview.
Individual and/or group interviews
We’ll invite you to an initial interview with a member of our HR team and the hiring manager, who will give you a more specific view of the job and the duties. Then we’ll ask you to take a psychometric test to assess your soft skills. If you’re still in the running, we’ll offer you a second interview. Depending on the position, we’ll arrange a day of group simulation to observe your social skills.
At this stage, you’ll know us and we’ll know you.
If your profile is chosen, a member of our HR team will contact you to discuss the terms of employment. Otherwise, our teams will inform you as soon as possible.
